- Planting & Bedding (seasonal bedding, perennials, shrubs, trees, containers)
- Garden Tidying & Clean-up (overgrowth removal, pressure washing, waste disposal)
- Tree Surgery (pruning, felling, stump grinding, health assessments)
- Fencing Solutions (custom design, installation, maintenance)
3. Service Areas
We provide services in South Wales with different service levels:
- Primary Service Area: Barry, Penarth, Dinas Powys, Cardiff Bay, Vale of Glamorgan
- Secondary Service Area: Cardiff, Bridgend, Cowbridge, Llantwit Major, Rhoose
- Extended Service Area: Swansea, Newport, Caerphilly, Merthyr Tydfil, Pontypridd (limited services)

- Available 7 days a week for emergency services

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances may require cancellation or rescheduling:
- 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling
- Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to cancel due to adverse weather conditions
- Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability

To ensure efficient service delivery, customers are responsible for:
- Providing clear access to the work area
- Removing vehicles or obstacles from work areas
- Securing pets during service visits

10. Insurance and Liability
JC Gardening maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our services. However:
- We are not liable for damage to existing structures or plants not related to our work
- Customers should ensure their property is adequately insured
- We will take reasonable care to avoid damage during work
- Any concerns should be reported immediately
- We carry public liability insurance for our work
11. Weather and Force Majeure
We may need to reschedule work due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
Weather-dependent services include lawn mowing, planting, and pressure washing.
12. Guarantee and Warranty
We stand behind our work with the following guarantees:
- All work is guaranteed for 12 months from completion
- Plants and materials are guaranteed according to supplier warranties
- We will rectify any issues caused by our workmanship
- Warranty does not cover damage from neglect or adverse conditions
